The Self-Leadership Lab for Women is a small, in-person group experience designed to support women in cultivating self-awareness, emotional steadiness, self-compassion, and confident communication.

This program offers practical tools and guided reflection — without pressure to "fix" yourself or perform growth. Sessions focus on practical tools, guided exercises, and peer connection.

Sessions are not psychotherapy or clinical mental health treatment and do not involve diagnosis or individualized counseling.

Foundations of Self-Care (Beyond Bubble Baths)

  • Values-based self-care planning

Week 2

Self-Regulation & Stress Response

  • Basic nervous system education (window of tolerance)
  • Everyday regulation tools (breath, grounding, pacing)
Reflection: "How do I know I'm dysregulated?"
Week 3

Self-Awareness & Personal Patterns

  • Awareness of internal cues (thoughts, emotions, body signals)
  • Habit loops & reactive patterns
Reflection: "What patterns show up under pressure?"
Week 4

Self-Compassion & Inner Dialogue

  • Difference between self-compassion and self-criticism
  • Common myths about compassion
  • Reframing internal language
Reflection: "How do I speak to myself when I struggle?"

Boundaries Without Guilt

Group Participation Agreement

By registering for this program, I understand and agree that:

  • This group is a wellness, educational, and peer-support experience, not psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
  • No diagnosis, treatment planning, or individual counseling will be provided.
  • Participation is voluntary, and I may choose how much I share.
  • I am responsible for my own emotional well-being and may step out or discontinue participation at any time.
  • If I am experiencing significant emotional distress, mental health symptoms, or a crisis, I understand that I should seek individual counseling or emergency services.
  • Confidentiality will be encouraged among participants but cannot be guaranteed in a group setting.

Confidentiality

The facilitator will respect participant privacy; however, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group environment. Participants agree to respect one another's privacy and not share personal information discussed in the group outside of the session.

Crisis Support

This group is not appropriate for individuals currently in crisis. If you are experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others, or are in immediate distress, please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline. Referrals to individual therapy may be suggested if additional support is needed.
