The Self-Leadership Lab for Women is a small, in-person group experience designed to support women in cultivating self-awareness, emotional steadiness, self-compassion, and confident communication.
This program offers practical tools and guided reflection — without pressure to "fix" yourself or perform growth. Sessions focus on practical tools, guided exercises, and peer connection.
Sessions are not psychotherapy or clinical mental health treatment and do not involve diagnosis or individualized counseling.

Self-Regulation & Stress Response
- Basic nervous system education (window of tolerance)
- Everyday regulation tools (breath, grounding, pacing)
Self-Awareness & Personal Patterns
- Awareness of internal cues (thoughts, emotions, body signals)
- Habit loops & reactive patterns
Self-Compassion & Inner Dialogue
- Difference between self-compassion and self-criticism
